Dark Matter Searches with IceCube

Abstract

The status of beyond standard model physics searches with IceCube will be discussed. Indirect searches for dark matter using neutrinos have resulted in tight bounds on spin-dependent scattering of dark matter with nucleons and placed lifetime limits of 10^28s for scenarios with decaying dark matter. The discovery potential at next generation neutrino detectors will be evaluated by focusing on PINGU/Gen2.
