Our university is conducting a survey to examine the problems and check for possible improvements in our university's information services. We will use the result of the survey as primary data for establishing the "Smart Campus Masterplan" for the next generation's education service innovation.
The survey will be conducted anonymously, and we promise not to use it for other purposes.
Starbucks mobile coupons will be sent to 100 random people who participate in the survey.
