KU Global Lounge(1st floor of Law School Building) is now open

The Office of International Affairs oepns KU Global Lounge, please refer to below detail information.

1. Opening hours: 09:00~17:30

  A. Opening hours can be different during vacation

  B. Closed on weekends and public holidays

2. Regarding using Seminar Room of Global Lounge

  A. Reservation slots: 09:30~11:30 (1st), 11:30~13:30 (2nd), 13:30~15:30 (3rd), 15:30~17:30 (4th)

      - Opening hours can be different during vacation

      - Closed on weekends and public holidays

  B. Seminar Rooms are operated by reservation and pre-application should be submitted 

      - Seminar Room 1, 2 : International Programs Team (Law School Bldg. Room 104)

      - Seminar Room 3, 4 : Center for International Faculty & Student Services (Law School Bldg. Room 105)

  C. Student ID card should be submitted when making a reservation and it will be kept by the Office of International Affairs

  D. Reservation can be made for only one slot per day and students must be on time

3. Notes

  A. Reservation slots may be limited when the Office of International Affairs is holding an official event

  B. No seat-saving allowed

  C. No food allowed except for water

  D. Must clean-up after use
